Personal training sessions are available by package options or by individual sessions. Pricing can vary depending on how frequent you would like to be trained. Please contact us for more information regarding available times and pricing for personal training sessions.
PERSONAL TRAINING - ONLINE
Our online personal training program is offered for those who either live out of state or cannot find time to work out in the gym with a trainer. This program is good for those who are self-disciplined and consistent. You will be provided with workouts to do either at home or in your local gym, nutrition guide and weekly email check-ins with scheduled face to face time with your trainer. We provide a flat monthly rate of $50, but can offer packaged rates if you choose to secure a longer membership than month to month.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING - ADULTS
Our small group training program offers a mix between strength and cardio HIIT classes. This class is for ages 16 (with parents consent) and up. Our classes are small group limited to max 12 per class. Our monthly fee is $150 and includes basic nutrition. You will be required to reserve spot daily to attend a class.
TEAM / PRIVATE GROUP YOUTH TRAINING
We also offer private group training classes for teams and small youth groups. In this program we help provide our youth athletes with the tools to get stronger, faster, and gain endurance. We help with recovery excercises and teach techniques to help reduce injury. Please contact us to schedule team/private youth group training sessions and obtain pricing.
